Merchandiser

A Merchandiser is part of a team of employees (under the direction of a Team Leader) responsible for setting retail store shelves and products according to plan-o-grams (diagrams), assisting product manufacturers with test programs, marketing materials, monthly merchandise programs, display updates, new item introductions, temporary price reductions, new store and major remodel set-ups, processing product returns, collecting data, auditing and maintaining existing service programs. The ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs is required. Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance will be required for driving from one retail location to another.

Merchandising Specialist

A Merchandising Specialist requires the ability to work independently, as this position often works alone in the retail environment. This position requires a candidate who understands retail merchandising concepts, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is self-motivated. Responsibilities include daily contact with the District Manager, communication with store management, execution of promotional initiatives, building of displays, and assisting with store resets per the plan-o-gram or directive given. The ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs is required. Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance will be required for driving from one retail location to another.

Team Leader

The Team Leader is a supervisory position requiring previous retail merchandising experience. This position reviews the current initiatives with their District Manager and the store management on a daily basis, and assigns their Team Members to the appropriate location and project. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for reports on store activity and payroll processing. Communication with Team Members will need to occur throughout the day to ensure progress and to address any questions. The ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs is required. Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance will be required for driving from one retail location to another.

Crew Member

A Crew Member serves in the store set-up function, working as part of a team. This position involves insuring proper fixture and equipment installation, implementation of plan-o-grams, and moving and building of fixtures and equipment. A Crew Member must be able to stoop, bend, climb, stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance will be required for driving from one retail location to another.

Crew Assistant

A Crew Assistant serves in the store set-up function, working as part of a team. This position involves insuring proper fixture and equipment installation, implementation of plan-o-grams, the unloading of fixtures and equipment, and assisting with project-related paperwork. This position serves in a supervisory role and assists in training and evaluating Team Members. Knowledge and experience of retail merchandising is required. A Crew Assistant must be able to stoop, bend, climb, stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance will be required for driving from one retail location to another.
